On September 11, 2001, our country experienced a great tragedy. The community of Aston may not have been directly affected; however, the entire community felt its impact. As business owners and residents of this community, we felt compelled to remember and commemorate those events and also find a way to acknowledge and honor our own local emergency response teams. Proceeds from the outing are donated to The Aston Township Fire Company and the Aston Police Department.

TOY DRIVE – ABA & Neighbors Helping Neighbors
The Neighbors Helping Neighbors 2016 Toy Drive is underway! ABA and NHN are asking for your contributions to help make this Holiday Season special for your neighbors in need. All contributions of a new unwrapped toy that you drop into one of our Neighbors Helping Neighbors bins will go directly to help make the Holiday special for a member of our Aston Community that is in need this season.
Drop bins will only be available at the following locations through December 10th, so get out there and fill those bins!

The inaugural event for Family Strong Foundation, Saturday June 4th at Ballroom at the Phoenix. An Evening of Hope: Standing Strong 4 A Cure
Aston Business Association members are invited to inquire about Sponsorship Opportunities for this event and for general sponsorship of the Family Strong Foundation.
An Evening of Hope: Standing Strong 4 a Cure, promises to be a true celebration of the community support in V. Michael Fulginiti’s and many others’ fight against ALS. Dinner will be provided by Marino’s catering and music by the band Mike Davis and the Bullets.
Be prepared to purchase keys to unlock HOPE in an ultimate gift card jackpot, purchase a glow stick for a silly game of heads and tails, and bid on many amazing auction items such as a one hour flight in your own private plane! We look forward to making a difference in the lives of PALS as we raise both awareness and funding to cure this devastating disease.

Aston Township Announces 1st Annual Holiday Decorating Contest!
The Aston Township Parks and Recreation Committee along with the Aston Township Board of Commissioners, are happy to announce the First Annual Aston Township Holiday Decorating Contest!
The contest will be open to all residences and businesses within Aston Township. We are asking participants to join in the fun this holiday season throughout the month of December with final judging completed by December 20, 2015.
Businesses will be required to register their intent to participate. Registration form and online registration is available at AstonTownship.net
